Founded in 2021 by Central Saint Martins graduate Antonio Vattev, a.v. vattev is a London-based menswear label exploring the intersection of culture, memory, and contemporary masculinity. Following formative roles at Saint Laurent, Lanvin and Wales Bonner, Antonio established the brand as a platform for storytelling through clothing. He was later selected as an Artist-in-Residence at SARABANDE, The Lee Alexander McQueen Foundation (2023–2024).

Drawing inspiration from the visual language of the 1970s and 1990s, spanning music, cinema and art, a.v. vattev transforms cultural references into a distinctly modern wardrobe. Each collection balances nostalgia with reinvention, combining precise tailoring, sculptural knitwear and elevated everyday silhouettes with unexpected construction and refined detailing.

Craftsmanship and responsible production are integral to the brand's philosophy. Each collection incorporates carefully sourced deadstock fabrics and organic materials, reimagined through experimental pattern cutting and considered craftsmanship to give existing resources a renewed purpose.
