At a.v. vattev, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

Return Conditions:

 

  • Full-priced items: Items purchased at full price may be returned for a refund or exchange within 10 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached, and accompanied by the original packaging.

 

  • Discounted items: All discounted or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure you select your items carefully when purchasing discounted pieces.

 

  • Pre-Ordered items: All pre-ordered items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are manufactured specifically for your order, making returns or exchanges impossible. Please ensure you double-check your size and item details before placing a pre-order. 

 

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us at studio@avvattev.com with your order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with return instructions.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches our warehouse.

  4. Refund Process: Refunds will only be processed once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse. If the item meets our return standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  5. Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, and cover the return shipping costs for defective merchandise.

 

Refunds

We are committed to offering the best products to our customers. Every product is inspected for defects and packaged with care. In cases where we may be unable to fulfill your order due to stock or quality issues, we will notify you, and if the purchase was made via online payment, you will be refunded once our team confirms the issue.

Should a returned item meet the guidelines mentioned above, we will issue a refund. Refund processing may take a few days, but you will be notified once the refund has been issued.
